Do you post my content for me?

Yes, Social Media Management is a 'ghost' service where we post on your behalf using your handles. Unless you disclose it, nobody will know that it's not you posting. If you hire us for content creation only, then we will send you the content we create for you to post at your leisure.
How often will you post on my social media?

We offer various packages with different minimum posting schedules to cater to different objectives. Some may prefer to just have an active profile, while others may aim to boost their following and sales strategically. Posting frequency varies based on the objective.
Where do you get your content from?

Send us your pictures to a shared Google Drive folder for us to use in your social media content. If you don't have any, we can create content that fits your business needs. We can arrange in-house photography for your products and create informative posts for your services, all included in your package price.
What platforms do you manage?

We specialise in managing Instagram business accounts, but we also offer Facebook business page management. With each package, we will post the same content on two different platforms of your choice. You can choose between: Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok
Are my accounts secure?

Your accounts are secured by your phone number and email, and you have full access to them anytime. We prioritise security and use LastPass to securely store our clients login details.
If I have to provide you with photo and video content, what's the point in hiring you?

Our service is not just about scheduling posts. We create a comprehensive social media strategy that includes crafting text and visual content to promote your brand, products, and services. We use researched methods to boost your sales and engagement, and provide custom-made hashtags for your business. You don't need to create any content as we handle it all for you. However, if you have existing content that you like, we can incorporate it into your posting schedule.
